Little Doll Head Booties

I’ve been busy making baby booties this past week and writing up the pattern for them. I love making little booties their quick to knit up and always look so sweet when finished. Instead of finishing them off with little animal heads I’ve gone for little doll heads instead.

These booties have a picot edging to give them a prettier more decorative effect. They are knitted in DK yarn even the little heads. The booties are knitted on 3mm needles and 2.75mm needles for the little heads.

As usual you can have a lot of fun combining different colours and they are a great project for using up those leftover balls of yarn.

All pieces are knitted flat on two needles and sewn together. They would make a lovely gift for a little one teemed with a matching knitted doll.

The pattern covers two sizes, 3-6 months and 6-9 months, it’s an 11 page PDF document giving row by row instructions and plenty of images to help with instruction. It is available on Etsy and Ravelry
